Suncani Hvar acquires 9,000 shares of Obonjan Riviera

Orco Property Group, Suncani Hvar and the City of Sibenik on Monday signed an agreement by which hotel company Suncani Hvar takes over the contract for realizing the Obonjan Riviera project from Orco.
Suncani Hvar’s owner Orco Property Group signed the above contract with the City of Sibenik on March 20, 2008 and agreed to build and manage a tourist resort on the Obonjan Island, owned by the City. By acquiring 9,000 shares of Obonjan Riviera, SH also took over all the rights and obligations regarding the project implementation.
