Orco to invest EUR 100 million in Obonjan

In a few days Orco Property Group will officially enter the greenfield tourism project at the Obonjan island near Sibenik, with the investment worth EUR 100 million. The City of Sibenik and Orco Group have defined mutual rights and obligations and will formally sign the agreement on Thursday, March 20, in Zagreb.
Orco will finance the engineering and building of new tourist facilities, with the concession until the year 2061. This is the second public-private partnership in the Sibenik Project, which is worth EUR 300 million overall.
