Zadar and Sibenik Riviera beat Dubrovnik

According to the data by the Association of Croatian Travel Agents, the top five most wanted Croatian destinations include the Kvarner islands and places on the Zadar and Sibenik riviera. A number of foreign tour operators are removing expensive Croatian destinations with little contents from their catalogues and including less known destinations with growth and development potential. On the other hand, Dubrovnik is losing in popularity.
The annual growth rate of Croatian tourists travelling abroad is over 10 percent, so it can be expected that this year also a large number will go to Greece, Turkey and Tunisia. When comparing the prices of vacation, Croatian hotels are still 20-30 percent cheaper than those in competing countries, but they are lacking all-inclusive offers.
