Quaestus Nekretnine closes first investment

Real estate fund Quaestus Nekretnine has closed its first investment in the construction land in Rugvica North commercial zone, announced the fund. With this investment, Quaestus together with its strategic partner Zeljko Penavic controls nearly 250,000 square meters of construction land for industrial purpose in the commercial zone.
Quaestus refused to report the investment amount. The plan is to build a modern business park inside the zone. The land is located east of Zagreb, on the northern side of the Zagreb-Lipovac motorway.
The fund’s target is to achieve a stable and long-term capital increase by investing in large real estate projects in the Croatian and neighbouring markets. In the first shares issue Quaestus collected HRK 225 million in capital from domestic and foreign investors.
