New four-star hotel in Split

SEM 1986, a Croatian company which operates in the electronics sector, opened a new four-hotel in the centre of Split. The total value of the investment is EUR 10 million.
The new hotel spans on a surface of 750 square meters and has 21 rooms and a luxury apartment. Croatian firm Ordesa, operating in the hotel sector, manages the hotel. Split's tourism development strategy envisages the creation of more than 9,500 beds in upper class hotels in the next seven years.
EUR 230 million investment has been planned for the creation of new accommodation capacity and the drafting of various tourism programmes in the Split area.
