New hotel to be built on Bacvice beach

Croatian company Fonem Nekretnine plans to build a new hotel in Split, located on the most popular local beach, Bacvice.
The works are to start by the end of 2008 and the structure should be operational by Christmas 2009.
The total investment will be worth some EUR 12 million.
The hotel will be part of the Small Luxury Hotels chain and will have some 30 rooms and a wellness centre. Apart from the construction of the hotel in Split, Fonem Nekretnine also announced the launch of the construction of Croatian tallest skyscraper in Zagreb.
