Colliers Croatia announces record advisory and valuation figures

Colliers International Croatia has announced that its Investment and Corporate Advisory (ICAS) division has achieved record valuation and advisory figures. A total of 5,000,000sqm has been covered in valuations by the international property consultants in the last 6 months. And the Colliers International Croatia Investment and Corporate Advisory division also covered a total of 1,000,000sqm in advisory work in the same period.
These totals are believed to be the highest achieved by any international property consultancy operating in Croatia in this time period. And they show, say Colliers International Croatia, that international interest in investing in Croatia remains strong.
Vedrana Likan, General Manager of Colliers International Croatia, said, “The fact that so much advisory and valuation work has been undertaken by our ICAS department shows that international investors are still keenly interested in undertaking new projects in Croatia. Our advisory and valuation services are often the first step taken by a big international investor before making a major investment, and these numbers suggest there are a lot of large investments on the way.“
