Croatia good option for investors

The growing tourism sector in Croatia could help make it a good option for overseas investors to consider, according to experts. Foreign Property Buyer stated that the country had recovered from the conflict during the 1990s and was once again attracting lots of holidaymakers.
International leisure travellers were said to be attracted to Croatia by various factors, such as the good scenery and easy access from abroad. This has prompted Foreign Property Buyer to recommend that people consider it as a possible investment option.
The website commented: "This emerging tourism industry makes Croatia ripe for foreign property investors with a rental market that is also growing substantially." Furthermore, it stated that the country offered property at "knock-down prices" and was tipped to join the European Union in the next few years.
