Ingra to build EUR 100 million tourist resort

Croatian construction company Ingra will start the realisation of the project Posedarje Rivijera by the end of the next year, which will be the first greenfield investment in tourist sector. The project envisages the construction of a tourist resort under a public-private partnership with the Posedarje municipality. The total value of the project is estimated at EUR 100 million and it will be completed in two years.
The project includes the construction of hotels and luxury villas with a total accommodation capacity of 2,000 beds, marinas with 200 berths and a lot of recreational, entertainment, and sporting facilities.
