Verdispar unveils EUR 100mn construction project

Norwegian group Verdispar will be building the first “green building” in Zagreb and this part of Europe. The work should start in a year at Savska-Nova cesta site. CB Richard Ellis, which takes part in the project as consultant, refused to confirm the name of the investor for this unique low-energy construction skyscraper.
The key features of the future 'green building' will be a green roof and glass in combination with photovoltaic cells, which transform solar energy into electricity. This way, the building will itself will produce 30 percent of the necessary energy.
