GTC invests EUR 40mn in Avenue Mall

Colliers International Croatia is an exclusive leasing representative of the second Croatian Avenue Mall into which Globe Trade Center (GTC) will invest over EUR 40 million. Colliers was also in charge of leasing out the first Avenue Mall in Zagreb and consultant for marketing and leasing structure development during the entire project, 'Croatia Today' reports.
GTC, elected the investor of 2007 in Central Europe, recently purchased building site in Osijek for construction of another shopping centre located 2km from the city centre. The coverage zone of the new shopping mall includes 530,000 inhabitants within half an hour driving, with emphasis on regional centre Osijek. The company is currently engaged, independently or in collaboration with partners, in 17 projects throughout Poland, Check Republic, Croatia, Romania, Serbia and Bulgaria.
